You will never just steam shrimp again - the court bouillon (cooking liquid in the recipe makes all the difference. Take the extra 30 minutes - you'll be glad you did. Your guests will wonder where you got that wonderful shrimp.

Although there are several ingredients and it's much harded than simply boiling shrimp, the flavor was delicious. The entire party was talking about them.

Use the freshest shrimp you can get and make it in this court bouillon. We paid $16.99 for a pound of shrimp at Whole Foods Market for a special occasion. It gave 6 people 4 shrimp each served in martini glasses with fresh avacado and horseradish sauce. Everyone was blown away. The cooking in court bouillon made all the difference. Try it!
