Once making this sushi it was hard for it was my first time, I plan on making it once more in the future but the overall taste was fantastic! If it weren't for the food network channel and it's wonderful recipes I wouldn't learn so much for my future career: being a wonderful chef! Thanks Food network!!

This was my first attempt at making sushi the rolls turned out great. I took them to work and they were a big hit.
