This recipe is a definite keeper. Easy and absolutely delicious! I served it with corn tortillas (soft rather than crispy taco shells. We loved it!

Absolutely delish! I used the slaw with grilled pork chop tacos. I didn't have Asian Chili Sauce. I used Mexican tamarind candy (sweet and spicy. "Pelones". The candy is a bit gooey. I used a spatula to get it out of the small container. I also added crushed, red pepper flakes to add more heat. The rest were original ingredients. Simple, easy, and crowd pleaser. Will use with all kinds of meats and seafood.

This is a great quick and easy weeknight meal. I am in the process of moving and didn't have a lot of time to cook this week, or ingredients to cook with, as everything was packed. I made these two nights in a row using corn tortillas that I charred on the stove for a bit. So delicious!!

This was great!!! My husband doesn't like Mango, but he like it in this slaw and just started eating the slaw out of the bowl before the shrimp was even cooked. I totally forgot to put the sugar in, so I don't think you need it at all. I used Olive Oil Mayonnaise to make it a bit more healthy, the Greek Yogurt is a great idea. Next time I want to grill the shrimp with the sauce on it to see if the flavor is enhanced. We don't like hard taco shells, so my husband lightly fried up white corn tortillas and sprinkled them with Parmesan cheese. Delicious!!!
