    I loved it, my wife loved it, but better yet my 8 year old daughter and 7 year old son loved it too. In fact my son said "Looks better than the picture dad, you're not getting chopped tonight".

    As the great Elliot said in Open Season 2, "Yes! Nailed it!"

    This was really good! I did deglaze the pan w/ white wine suggested by others. Did not have red potatoes so I used sweet potatoes instead. That was great and will do it again. Added a little more rosemary than the recipe called for and it was a little over powering. Over all great flavors! A comforting classy meal!

    Very easy recipe for tasty chicken. I used bone-in chicken thighs because my local store was out of bone-in chicken breasts (how can a large supermarket run out of these???. The chicken came out moist and flavorful, as did the potatoes. I couldn't get criminis either, so I subbed regular button mushroom and they were great too. Like many others I deglazed the pan with some white wine which made a fantastic sauce. Add more garlic and rosemary for more flavor. Will definitely make this again - quick, easy and tasty.

    SO good!! I too used boneless chicken boobs and it turned out SUPERB. I will be making this for the rest of my life. My honey loved it too. Love the gravy idea below!
