This recipe was awful - halfway through the preparation, I realized the amounts listed are wrong - and had to make a last minute adjustment.
The spinach should either be one package or the turkey should be two pounds... as is, the recipe would never cook correctly or even fit in the loaf pan as instructed.

I agree with the previous rater. It didn't taste bad. But, don't expect it to taste anything like meatloaf. There wasn't really any meat taste to it.

Please call it that. There was so little meat flavor, so little flavor at all. And I even took a previous suggestion to up the onions a bit. The texture was souffle-like...it was very far from a MEATloaf. There are plenty of ways to cut down on fat and calories in a meatloaf, but almost totally overpowering the meat is not an acceptable one. This is not a good recipe and actually deserves no stars at all.

I made this meatloaf with great expectations and found it rather bland. With all the steps and ingredients, I felt it should have more flavor. Maaybe next time, I will add more of the onions and spices.

I love it that I can sneak spinach into the meatloaf, and this was a very good recipe. My kids asked what the green stuff was and I had to tell them, but they kept eating it anyway! Nice job!
