This Chili was very flavorful. This recipe makes a ton of it so next time I will half the recipe. It was a little too spicy too. I added sweet corn to it and served with a sweet cornbread. Overall...my husband loved it and I will make it again.

This was very good. My husband especially liked it. I made 1/2 a batch as my slow cooker was smaller. I used chicken breasts and just shredded them after a few hours. I didn't notice the tapioca at all. Rice would have been a good alternative but I wanted to save on carbs/calories. I liked the addition of the beer but we like a thicker chili so I will probably use less chicken broth next time to make it a bit thicker. The flavors go very good together. I LOVED the chili's in adobo sauce and the addition of the cinnamon. They are essential to this dish. Thanks for a great recipe.

My family loved this hearty chili. My husband is even taking it for lunch the next day. I will be making this again.

I used ground, lean, turkey breast in place of the chicken and it turned out great. We used Belgian ale (all I had and added the suggested topping of cheese, sour cream and jalape?o peppers. It's amazing that such a easy recipe could create such a flavorful and hearty meal.

This was such and easy recipe and it turned out so well! I added jalapenos, sour cream (at the end, a little rice, and corn. The beer gave it a little something extra. I will definitely make this again and again and again.

This chicken chili recipe is quite good. The cinnamon adds a very subtle uniqueness that I didn't expect but was delighted. I made it without the lager, but I plan to try it with next time!

This was a great recipe. We took it to a tailgate for Keeneland (we love the ponies and it was perfect. Everyone loved it they had 2 - 4 bowls. I added corn, jalapenos, rice, a little extra beer, and a little water when we got there. I could not find ground chicken or tapioca anywhere. So I used 2 lbs of shredded chicken and rice for consistancy. This recipe is going with us to the Vandy vs UK game! Enjoy!!!

This recipe was runny and too much for my crock pot so it ran all over my counter top.
