Great flavor. We doubled it and let it go in the slow cooker for 10 hours. Fell/pulled apart easily.

Delicious! Moist, tender, flavorful, and easy! Served with baked macaroni and cheese, and a kale and Brussels sprouts salad for a football party. A big hit!

Excellent results with reduced preparation; however, chopped pork does not qualify as "PULLED" pork :

So easy to get into the slow cooker! The meat was to tender and I was surprised how much I liked the sauce after I reduced it until it was thick. The sauce was a little salty (but I am sensitive to salt so don't add salt until you tasted it after it has been reduced.

So good! I started it this morning for a football party and ended up cooking it on high for 6 hours instead of low for 8. So tender and juicy...it "pulled" perfectly. Browning the meat first made a wonderful crust that stayed intact during the time in the slow cooker. I will definitely make this one again!
