Good but not the best I've made. I thought it was too dry even though I took it out before the 2 hours. I added milk to make it a little creamier.

A very delicious dip!! So easy and quick to make. This will definitely be accompanying me to my next get together! The only change I made was a bit of extra garlic for some more kick.

This is a great dish with the suggestions provided regarding sour cream, garlic etc... The smoked mozzerella is very important in giving this dish its flavor. A couple of changes I made were that I got home from the store and couldn't find my jar of artichokes, so I used a can of waterchestnuts. I am sure it would have been even better with the artichokes, but everyone thought that the water chestnuts were great. I also used two handfulls of fresh spinach becuase I don't like the way frozen spinach tastes. I made mine in a dip-sized crock pot and had no problem with it drying out. Finally, I made a loaf of french bread that I served hot out of the bread maker with the dip. Out of 8 appetizers this is the only one that was completely consumed. I gave it four stars just becuase it is so decadently unhealthy.

Absolutely a very yummy dip!!! I added a few extra touches to this dip and it tastes far better than the dips you get in those chain restaurants. Will definitely be making this again.

This is a great recipe. I have made this using chive and onion cream cheese, veggie cream cheese, and light cream cheese- all delicious!

I have made this twice, both times doubling the recipe, and both times it has been devoured. The first time I followed the recipe exactly, the second time I used low fat cream cheese, and both times I used regular mozzarella instead of smoked, so whatever you have will work. This recipe was great on Thanksgiving when the oven is occupied by several other things and you don't have to worry about baking a dip as well. The longer it cooks, the better it gets, and stays warm throughout the party...guests were still digging in after dinner!

    Simple with great flavor.
I will have to half the recipe next time... it was SO MUCH FOOD!
I didnt have smoked cheese or lquid smoke, so that was left out. Im sure it's even tastier with it.
I used the juice from the Artichoke and I'm really glad I did. It was very thick...especially when keeping warm for a football game all day. (Or reheating
