    This is wonderful! This is probably the best pork I've fixed to date! The pork is very tender and tasty, even though I had my doubts with 25 heads of garlic! The gravy sounds very salty, but after cooking it down like the recipe suggests, it is very mellow and flavorful! My only suggestion is to be careful not to add too much oil when you are making the paste of garlic, cloves and oil. Mine should have been thicker, but I added a bit too much oil. My husband LOVED IT!!!!
