Delicious & very quick and easy. I substituted eggplant for okra and used frozen corn. WIll definitely make this again!

So good! I added a little extra corn but other than that followed pretty close to the recipe. My pork chops might have been more than 3/4"...I bought fresh high quality ones and used right away, which I think helped overall taste/tenderness of dish. The corn, okra, onion, tomato mix goes really good with the cajun spice. I used "Tony Chachere's Creole" spice and it was perfect. I'll definitely make again!

This was very good. I did add more Cajun seasoning because we like it spicy. I was also a little worried about flavoring so I added salt to the onions while they were sauteing. I did use frozen corn and okra, which cut way back on my cooking/ prep time. I also used mushrooms because I had some that were going to go bad soon. My family really enjoyed this. Try it for something different!

The recipe itself was ok. The flavors was kinda blah and I was unsure if it was suppose to be sweet and spicy, spicy and salty, plain spicy or what. The Cajun seasoning I have is spicy so I made sure not to overdo it with that, the amount of honey it called for didn't add much to it, and overall it lacked salt, maybe because I didn't add a lot of the Cajun seasoning. Anyways, after I added enough salt to it, it ended up tasting just like soup with pork chop.

The porkchops were really good. Husband thinks the vegetables are boring when you don't have the porkchops to eat with it. I thought it was very yummy, though...and so easy!

Can you say YUM??? So, I opted for the green beans instead of the okra. I was out of cajun seasoning so I used cayenne pepper and chili powder. It was delicious (although probably a BIT hotter than intended. Even the kids liked it! Got all the ingredients at the farmer's market and put the boys to work snapping beans and shucking corn. A wonderful easy meal!

This dish was very simple to put together and tasted amazing! Instead of Okra, I too used green beans but kept everything else the same. My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed and he stated this is a "keeper"

This is a keeper. I made this with green beans rather than lima beans. Everyone in the house like it. Will put this in my menu of choices for when I need something quick. I also used canned corn to save time and made a side of mashed sweet potatoes. SOOO SOOO GOOD!

O.M.G this is sooooo good. Tasty, flavorful, quick, and easy. I'm not a fan of okra so I used lima beans and it was still great. Try it, you won't be sorry.
