    I have made this recipes about 5 times and it is out of this world. So good. My family really loves this. I used one tablespoon of chipotle en adobo. (Hint for tip: I used food processor and measure one tablespoon and put in small tupperware and freeze them Save time and money.

    Very different and unique way to cook broccoli. I was surprised how much it shrank up in the oven. My 13 year old son had several helpings, he typically eats very little green vegetables. The butter is also very good on sweet corn.

    I didn't realize you could cook broccoli like that! My butter didn't seem to melt very well, but it was spicy!
