This was fantastic! I had only ever had Okra fried or pickled and wanted to make it in a non fattening way, not only was the flavor great but you can eat this with a clear conscious! A new favorite in my house!

This is easy and delicious. NOT slimy which is the biggest turnoff about okra.

We tried this tonight and wow! It smelled wonderful before it went onto the grill and tasted amazing! My husband who doesn't like okra tried it and liked it. He didn't eat much of it but did say it was good! YEAH! Will definitely cook again!

I tried this recipe a few nights ago and we fell in LOVE with it! What a neat way to prepare okra! I've told several of my friends about it. Planning to make it again this weekend. Suzanne Smith, Oneonta, AL
