I, having read the reviews and seen the picture with all that marshmallow on top, was a little worried about how this would turn out, but these were awesome. The recipe is really easy and I had no problems. I actually made the crust/brownie portion the day before and then did the marshmallows right before I served it. This works fine, but I might recommend microwaving a little too, just to get everything nice and gooey. Obviously this is a little rich, but a small portion is so worth any issues you might have cutting it (the wet knife trick others have mentioned works great!. Because I didn't put the marshmallows on a hot brownie, they didn't melt quite as much as the picture shows, so if anyone had a really awful time cutting it, this might be the way to go.

I've made this recipe a few times and each time I make it I get compliments on how excellent it is! The only change I made to the recipe was cutting the marshmallows in half before I broiled them. This way they didn't overflow. Other than that, they are very easy and very yummmmmmmmy!

I'm a pretty amateur baker but these were very easy for me to make for our annual block party. Thanks to the comments here I made a few changes that made the process go smoothly. I added an extra tablespoon of butter to the graham cracker crust so it wouldn't crumble. I added some mini chocolate chips to the batter. I cut the marshmallows in half and I broiled them with the rack in the lower third of the oven so they would get gooey and not burn. I also cut them straight out of the oven using a wet knife. Also because they are so thick & rich I cut them into 16 pieces. They turned out perfect and look exactly like the picture above.

These were so delicious! I have made them so many times. I've been trying to figure out a way to make the marshmallows a little easier to deal with each time I made them. I can to the solution that cutting the large marshmallows in have looked and amazing and worked the best for me. These are amazing when they are room temp and even better when they are right out of the oven! I will try wetting the knife next time I make them and see how that works.

I made these to take to dinner at my in-laws, and then again to my parents' house where I have a handful of young siblings. Tthey were a big hit! the brownie part wasn't TOO sweet, and it felt more grown-up than traditional s'mores. Oh, and even it may be faster, I say don't use a boxed brownie mix! I really like the texture and sweetness of these brownies. I plan on baking these again tonight to take to a dinner party. They are a little bit messy, but isn't that part of the charm of s'mores anyway?

Stick with brownies....I used their recipe for the crust (should've used store bought graham crust. Brownies....should've used a box mix. Marshmallows...LOOKED GREAT....made them AWFUL to cut and serve.

I was so excited to make them, they photographed fantastically BUT I will never make them again.
