I am stunned how good this salad is. The flavors are amazing together. I used pine nuts instead of walnuts... that's all I had in the house. But I don't think it hurt the flavors at all. Now I'm excited to try it again with my own additions. This is a keeper!

Couldn't stop eating it! Lots of great texture and flavor. Maybe a little cilantro would be a nice addition.

Brought this to a pot luck and everyone loved it. It was so simple that I was worried there wouldn't be enough flavor, but it was delicious!

It was definitely new "experience", I never made this kind of salad before...I added some pine nuts and a bit of fresh cucumbers.

I made this for dinner last night and it was really good. I added a few extras like some shaved cucumber and sliced roma tomato. The taste and texture was wonderful, the avocado made it so buttery. Thanks Giada!

I didn't make this but I ate it and it was fantastic! It was crunchy, buttery and just really fresh tasting. I'll definitely add this recipe to my collection!
