My husband and I made this for my family while on vacation. Everyone loved it. I would just recommend not using as much vinegar in the BBQ sauce. However, we had to be creative with measuring tools, for where we were had none. I can't wait to make it again.

The BBQ sauce was over powered by vinegar. I quadrupled the ingredients to kill the vinegar. I will make again and I'll try a table spoon of vinegar to start and add if needed.

Very disappointing. The meat was dry and the sauce was too vinegary. Needs tweaking.
