My focus was on the avocado. Followed the salad recipe exactly. Delicious. The switch was in the meat (or fish. . . I used skin on, bone in chicken breast. Timed it so that the honey glaze would would work in 8 to 10 minutes (like the recipe. Worked wonderfully. Can't wait to try it with salmon.

We LOVE this dish and have been making it about once a week this summer. The bright taste of pickled ginger gives the salmon a nice zing. The avocado and mayonnaise add a creamy richness to the cucumber salad. I'm sharing the recipe with the members of my Weight Watchers group this weekend (10 points, FYI.

tried this last night and was really disappointed. The salad was really a total loss because no one ate it! It was gently pushed to the side of all their dishes (so as not to disappoint me :
The marinade for the salmon wasn't worth wasting a good piece of fish on Sorry FNM. Also a suggestion foe those who want that"teriyaki" or soy glaze. Try the marinade "soy vey" soldnin most grocery stores. A great marinade in different flavors for fish chicken and beef.

Light and delicious. A wonderful way to use up all those cucumbers from the garden.

Delicious and surprisingly easy! I made a couple of changes (skin-on salmon, olive oil instead of sesame, which I didn't have and it was still fantastic. I only microwaved the honey mixture for 15 seconds - I tried it at 30-40 but it turned into a honey crust.

I really recommend using the ginger. It's not a deal breaker but it kind of brings the dish together.

Very delicious, cool and refreshing taste. A nice way to make salmon in the summer. The only change I made was apple cider vinegar because I didn't have rice wine vinegar. I will make this again!
