    This "sounds" like the first time I made flank steak. Delicious. But I will add the ginger tonight, and marinate it overnight. Will let you know how it turns out. Thanks.

    I just made this marinade for a flatiron steak. I added an extra tbsp of the vinegar and about twice as much garlic. I like my marinades strong! I forked it real good then used my vacuum marinade machine. This was one of the tastiest steaks I've ever had!

    We really enjoyed this reciepe. I think next time I might add some ginger or honey to the marinade though. The soy was a little overwhelming.

    This was absolutely delicious! It is so hard to get Flank steak tender and with this recipe it was completely tender and amazing. I cooked it in the broiler but I always make flank steak beef sticks in the summer and this will be my new recipe on the grill!

    I was disappointed in the flavor of this marinade. It wasn't nearly as good as I had hoped. I won't be making this one again!

    During the busy holidays, I wanted good taste, easy preparation, and something different. This is it! Plus the leftovers sliced really thin were great on a salad.
