This was such a fun cake to make. I love cake decorating so I wanted to make this cake a bit more challenging for myself. Instead of just layering the "pasta" and "meatballs" on a cake, I make a bowl out of rice crispy treats, dirty iced it, and covered it in fondant. It was a big hit at y house.

I made this cake for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day since it is his favorite dish. He loved it. It was so easy to make and I got rave reviews from my mom!

SO easy and incredibly impressive looking. Everyone loved it, especially the strawberry sauce! Just don't sauce it too far in advance or it will "sweat". Made it for my Italian Mama for her birthday and she flipped : THANKS Food Network, keep the amazing cakes coming!

My friend and I made this for our other friend's birthday. She absolutely loved it and was so surprised! It was very easy to make and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I saw this in the Food Network Magazine and made it for our office's Italian themed potluck. It was a big hit. It was very easy to make, especially for someone who is not an expert in the kitchen.

I saw this at first in the italian addition of Food Network Magazine and knew i had to make it! It was so fun to make and delicious as well!!!! I made it for a sports pasta party but in cupcake form. I created many little chocolate "meatballs" to top each cupcake so there were many individual "bowls of spaghetti." So cute! Loved this recipe!

Excellent! I've made this three times in the past two months and every time it's a hit. Adding a little bit of chocolate icing to the meatballs really helps to hold them together. Very innovative and classy idea. Can't wait to make the 'carrot cake' in this month's issue.

Awesome and easy. The only thing we did different was that we used Ferrero Rocher chocolate instead of cake balls.

MAMA MIA!!! What an EASY and FUN cake to make. WAY easier than decorating a regular cake by any means. Mine looked just like the picture, although I wasn't able to get the "spaghetti" frosting colored to a very pale yellow. It came out looking like I made it with whole wheat pasta instead, which turned out fine, because you feel less guilty eating a frosted spaghetti cake made with whole grain pasta! ; Everyone at work LOVED it and were so impressed that now people think I'm a top notch baker now. Little do they know how easy this was to make - try it for an Italian theme dinner/pot luck or just for fun with a kid. SERIOUSLY EASY!!!
