I watched the show featuring this recipe and knew right away that it would be perfect for my dinner party. I trusted the reviews and made this dish with the accompanying chicken parmesan without testing/tasting the recipe first. My guests enjoyed it! It was great. I wouldn't change a thing. I followed the recipe to the letter. My co-worker enjoyed the leftovers. I'll be sure to make this dish again!!

Although the recipe is easy and it tasted alright, there was not enough flavor to carry this dish on it's own. It defintely needs to be an acommpaniment if served as-is, or be modified to make it more interesting. I made it with the lemon zest and the freshly grated Parmaggiano Reggiano and those items should be required, not optional. Thankfully I served this with Tyler's Chicken Parm so the pasta wasn't center stage.
