    This recipe was perfect and the flavor is outstanding... I've made it again and again and didn't feel the need to make many alterations to the original recipe! One of my favorites.

    Yum! I did my variation of the recipe - used boneless chicken breasts cut into pieces - not a big fan of lemon on chicken so I added more EVOO instead - used chili powder and cumin instead of paprika and vidalia onion in place of the red onion. Also needed to add several minutes to the cooking time. Can't wait to taste the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

    excellent recipe. We added a little pico de gallo on top before the bake and it made this zing! super simple and the potatoes were the star of the show....Loved this one...

    Pretty good. It would be easy to double this recipe to make a lot more food, which I will do next time. The chicken had good flavoring but I think it would taste even better if marinaded overnight to really absorb the seasonings. Also the chicken does take a lot longer to cook than the 12 minutes it says; more like 25 for all the thicker parts to cook up. One last thing is that I really like onions but there is a bit of an onion overload here so I will add less next time. Otherwise the chicken did come out juicy and this recipe was very easy. Another reviewer suggests baby red potatoes, will try that next time as well!

    I've made this a few times - the last time was the best. I used this great spicy, smoked paprika and it was awesome! I do have to cook the chicken for about twice the time that the recipe calls for, though - so just check the chicken before you stop cooking it to make sure.

    I've made this 3 times now and my entire family continues to love this recipe. We did adjust the seasonings after the first time: using 1 tsp of paprika instead of 2, and adding 1 tsp of cumin. The cumin adds a lot of interest to the flavor.

    The potatoes were deicious. My chicken was pretty good but couldve been better. Overall everyone loved it.

    i have a very similar recipe and i cook my chicken cover for a bout an hour, the meat literally flls apart. great tasting too.
