GREAT dinner! I only used 1 of my 2 large red onions, thinking it was a lot of red onion for the one recipe. I was WRONG - it totally could have used the second red onion. I also put the paprika on my potatoes by accident, before microwaving, so a had to double the paprika to put more on the chicken. Despite this minor mishap, the recipe wasn't at all compromised, and everyone loved it. Even my 4 yr old daughter!

Loved it!! The flavor was great and the spice in the chicken mixed with the lemon juice was a perfect combination. The roasted onions were my favorite part. I coated the chicken with a good amount of paprika and chili powder so that the flavor stood out once it was cooked. I also added a couple tablespoons of olive oil and about 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the pan once everything was cooking together, because it just seemed to dry without it so the onions and potatoes soaked the extra moisture right up.

This recipe is great! I used baby red potatoes and sweet onions instead & added red bell peppers. To the chicken, I added red pepper flakes for some kick, a few pinches of cumin, and some chili powder. Perfect!

Good, not great. Quick and easy though. Lacked something.

Wasn't very impressed. Chicken took longer than I expected. Seasoning was good, but it wasn't to my taste.

Good dinner. Chicken very tender and flavorful. Potatoes a little bland. Will definitely season them more next time. Onions added great flavor.

Great recipie! Used an even coat of hot Hungarian paprika and chili powder on both sides of the chicken thighs instead of smoked paprika with good results. A few 2" carrots with the potatoes worked well also.
