Amazing! I went back for seconds and my husband went back for thirds! Hooray! I did follow what the reviews say and cooked the chicken for 20+ minutes but it was well worth the extra wait!

Wonderful! My house smells divine! Never cooked at such a high heat before but it worked! Cooked chicken longer and threw tinfoil over at the end to help get potato's to cook. Used regular paprika, didn't have smoked. Still great. Added a lot more parsley, but that's my taste.

It was good, but I had to cook a bit longer than the recipe called for as others have said. I loved the smoked paprika, but felt like it needed something else to compliment the flavor. Might try it again if I tinker with it a bit.

OMG this was amazing. I did make changes of my own as with most people. I had some extra time, so I cooked the potatoes in the oven in the heated pan instead of using the microwave. Also, I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them into smaller pieces. Also, I didn't have paprika so I used cajun seasoning instead. I also layed the lemon slices on top of the chicken while it cooked in the oven. This was absolutely amazing. The flavors were so good that my family was scraping the bottom of the pan!

Absolutely delicious! I used a little less onion and thinly sliced chicken breasts- cooked fully in the 12 minutes in the oven. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect. The red onion adds so much flavor!

Fantastic! I'm not sure that nuking the potatoes first did much to cut down the cooking time - especially since the chicken does need to cook for at least 20 minutes. I think I could have added ten minutes to the potatoes in the oven and had one less dish to wash after. I did really like how the onions caramelized when I added them to the already-heated pan in the oven. I also added baby carrots along with the pre-cooked potatoes and raw onions to the pan, and they came out DELICIOUS. I'll definitely make this again, but I'm going to try to cut out the microwave step on the next go.

This was delicious! The chicken was so tender and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. We did a couple of changes and we shrank the ingredients down for two people: Used a cast iron skillet, used half a bag of honey gold potatoes (small guys, no need to cut them, and the chicken had to be cooked for 20+ minutes to be fully cooked. Very easy too!

Delicious! Even my very picky husband loved it. I had been wanting to try the Trader Joe's South African Smoke Seasoning Blend (paprika flakes, sea salt, garlic, basil... and it worked perfectly in this recipe. I used less garlic and just sprinkled the chicken with a bit of salt and pepper and the seasoning blend. I also added a bit more salt to the potatoes & onions and poured the left over olive oil mix from the potatoes over the onions and potatoes before baking. The chicken needed about 16 - 18 minutes. Perfect!

Thanks to the other reviewers for noting the longer cook time for the chicken - I cooked the chicken 20 minutes and it was perfect. I used too large a baking sheet and had burned stuff in the corners and edges. So, next time, I'd be more choosy about the size of the pan. ... Over all, it was pretty good. The roasted onions were yummy - the chicken was moist - potatoes cooked just right. Flavor was pretty good with the seasonings.
