Very easy and tasty! However, I made it the first time with cayenne instead of chili powder and it was hot-hot but still good :

I made this and it turned out great. I also added a bit of soy sauce and lime juice on it . I was looking for a recipe like this ,I have tried something similar to this in Hapa Sushi place. This is very close.Thank you Food Network Kitchen.

I liked this recipe. Edamame is new to my diet and there are only a few recipes for them. This one is good. I used half the salt and added 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. Season was heavy, you could probably cut them in half. the heat compliments the bean well.

This had great flavor - I used only 1 1/2 tsp of salt added a little garlic powder and just a dash of oil to make it stick. If I hadn't let them dry completely the spice may have stuck better without needing the oil. My husband never likes edamame at resaurants but absolutely loved these! Will definitely make again!

a great different way to eat edamame. i used less chili powder and chili pepper and added garlic powder. also added a little oil to help the spices adhere to the pods.

but ended up rinsing the edamame and making it again using half the salt. Second time around it was perfect! Loved the spicy kick!

I love edamame, and am always looking for new ways to prep it. This is incredibly flexible - great as is, in salads and in a pita sandwich.
