    I love edamame, and am always looking for new ways to prep it. This is incredibly flexible - great as is, in salads and in a pita sandwich.

    At first I was concerned that there would be too much salt, but it was a perfect amount. I usually eat edamame plain, and this was a great way to kick it up!

    This was one of the easiest recipes I've ever done. It was quick and simple and incredible. Everyone was coming back for more!!! You?d never know ?meat? was missing. Fabulous! Thanks so much.
