Sift the Spiced Hot Cocoa mix into a large bowl. For each serving, stir 1/4 cup mix into 1 cup hot milk. Store the remaining mix in the jar.

It's not a mistake; it's so you get the layered effect in the jar. It's the perfect amount since it makes 24 cups of cocoa.
I made this for about 5 peoples gifts this year (tasted it first! and it is a hit. So good!
I did make one modification. I didn't have time to hunt for vanilla powder so I bought vanilla beans and put 2 beans worth into it.

I can't believe that I wasted time and product on this. Worst ever.
I should have stuck with milk and plain old Hershey's syrup, quicker and a truer taste.

I was interested in trying this recipe but as I was looking over the ingredients realized that it calls for confectioners' sugar twice. Hmmm....
4 cups of sugar seems like a lot. Was that just an overlooked duplication? Or was there supposed to be any powered milk? I might have to do some experimentation on my own.
