- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Pop the kernels according to package directions and transfer to a large serving bowl.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour the spiced butter over the popcorn and toss until evenly coated. Serve.
