Excellent; great flavors, healthy, cool and light on a hot or beautiful Summer day...and I like that I can prepare it ahead of time for guests later and just put it out when we're ready...keeper!

Simply delish. I've made it several times and it comes out great every time. The chicken gets better as it sits in the sauce and is best (in my opinion eaten warm in Bibb lettuce. It reheats well too. Whenever I've made it, I didn't have fish sauce, so I subbed soy sauce as many have suggested (though now I'm armed with fish sauce so I'll make it properly.

It has all the great flavor but doesn't have to be cooked up hot at the last minute. guests were raving.

I love this recipe. It has become my favorite hot weather meal. I kept hearing about P.F.Chang's lettuce wraps (they're good I was disappointed when I had them. This recipe has ruined all the others for me. It's so tasty. I also roughly chop dry roasted peanuts and add them at the end. The only thing I cook is the chicken using 1tsp. of salt and changed the fish sauce to soy. Wonderful recipe. Thank you.

Very light dinner and easy to make. I used ground turkey which is even leaner than the chicken.

We tried this recipe and loved it with just a couple changes. After reading the other reviews about the fishiness and the saltiness, I decided to use 2 Tbsp of Fish Sauce and 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce in place of the 3 Tbsp of Fish Sauce. I also decided to cut the salt from 1 Tbsp to 1 Tsp and it was still plenty salty tasting. We are unable to buy ground Chicken here and I didn't have time to get my grinder set up, so I cut the chicken into small 1cm x 1cm pieces and this worked really well. We have eaten Lettuce cups many times and have always preferred them warm, so we tried this warm first and will have leftovers cold. This probably ranks as one of our favorite lettuce cup recipes. We will make this again.

Too fishy. I would recommend you omit or use less fish sauce.

This recipe calls for not only fish sauce but also 1 tablespoon of salt. It came out very salty, and I like salt. Next time I'll use 1/2 tablespoon of salt. It does have great flavor, though.

so easy, my boyfriend spent time in thailand and he likes the flavor of this dish a lot, says it is better than the local thai restaurants flavor, i loved the spicy flavor with the lime accent a touch sweet also.
