Delicious! Such a good blend of spices. Mine came out a bit more spicy than expected, but I am sure that the pepper was the culprit. I'll be using less next time!

Very good meal! I added all the crab meat to the dish, so there was not much juice but it covered the rice well

SOOOOOOO good. We used about a table spoon or so of minced ginger instead and it was delicious. I love crabs and I am definitely making this again.

LOL--this is my second crab leg review today. Well, these are awesome, with a few adjustments. I used a ginger/garlic paste, since I had some on hand and needed to use it up. I never use red jalapenos, so used green instead. They didn't give enough spiciness for us, so in the future, I think I will use a good amount (to taste of sambal oelek. You could also sub sriracha. I do recommend that you double or even triple the amount of sauce, as it was wonderful, served over sticky rice. This will be my default crab leg recipe from now on.

A new way to kick up crab legs that is easy and has a lot of spice. I only had 1 halapeno, so I used some red pepper flakes with the pepper at the start. Didn't have scallions, so I used a finely slices shallet. Also did not have oyster sauce so I used Tiger sauce and omitted the sugar.
Very tasty! Served this in a big bowl with the sauce and the rice. Messy to eat, but worth it and will make again!

Wow. I have loved crab legs for years and they're usually prepared broiled or steamed with butter on the side. Even at home this is how I make them. So when I came across this recipe for a unique way of preparing them I knew I had to make them right away.
They were wonderful!!!!! So much flavor from the sauce but not too much where it took away from the sweet subtleness of the crab meat. While it takes a little prep work in the beginning it is worth it. I used 4 lbs = 9 clusters of snow crab for 3 people but left the amount of sauce the same. Pour a little sauce over jasmine rice for a perfect side. Even my 6yr old son loved the meat.
