We really enjoyed this recipe. I pretty much make it as instructed. My husband prefers it with cilantro as opposed to mint.

This was just okay. There wasn't anything that wowed my husband or I about it. I substituted a habanero pepper for the jalapeno to add more spice, and used a green bell pepper in place of a yellow. On the plus side, my children (3 and 2 years old loved this.

We really enjoyed this recipe. I forgot to add the jalepeno peppers and the rice noodles. But, we didn't miss it. I also substitued a green pepper for the red pepper.

Not really impressed with this one at all. I didn't find them spicy at all - not sure why the ginger didn't come through. Was easy to make and didn't take a lot of time.. nor did I have to use half my cooking utensils to make it (always a plus! - get tired of cooking things that seem to require every pan and bowl in the kitchen be used!!
