Great dinner salad! I added some sherry cooking wine and basil pesto to the sauce. I was out of spinach and used green leaf lettuce. Just as good. Will definitely make this again!

Absolutely fantastic, filling, delicious salad! Only addition I made was a little sugar to the dressing. Perfectly satisfying! Great, simple salad to make to impress your guests for dinner or lunch.

Fairly fast to make for two people working together. Absolutely delicious blend of flavors! We used a fraction of the dressing than it called for and were glad we didn't add more.

Good. My mint hasn't come up yet so had to leave it out. The man of the house was a little disappointed that dinner didn't stick to his bones a little better, but he complains about everything.

I substituted the orzo for brown rice, and quadrupled the celery. Delicious!

This was very good. I did think it was a bit much onion and I used less than in reciepe. I used lobster meat instead of shrimp. Will make again - a nice light summer meal.

The onion was a bit overwhelming for the salad so next time I think I will cut it by quite a bit and maybe sautee it first as well to get rid of some of the sharpness. I also substituted fat free feta. This was a really good balanced salad otherwise. Very light and refreshing for a light afternoon lunch.

I have made it twice - the second time I substituted tomatoes for the radishes and lime juice for the lemon juice. Both times it came out great!
