this was awful. hated the dressing and the salad tasted like there was way too much going on. will not be making this again.

My husband and I both loved the dressing, although I couldn't get my hands on the tarragon (which I actually had growing, but dug it up and gave it away because I never used it Instead I added some other herbs including some dill and lemon balm. LOVED the dressing. The salad was just okay. Using rotisserie chicken made it a quick easy dinner, but I just felt like it needed a little more umph. I'll definitely make the dressing again and probably try the salad with some kind of modification to better suite our tastes.

Perfect salad for a light dinner on a spring or summer evening. I didn't have any tarragon, so I left that out, but the dressing was still good! I thought the potatoes really made a nice addition and I also added a bit of avocado.

Very interesting mix of ingredients for a salad...but yummy. I slightly tweaked the dressing out of necessity. I had no tarragon, so I experimented with fresh oregano. It worked just fine. I also added a little bit of lemon juice and upped the amount of yogurt.

My husband, 15 year old daughter, and I all loved this recipe! This salad was a fresh way to change up the meal routine. I followed the directions exactly and wouldn't change a thing. Although some avocado slices could be a nice twist.

The crispy freshness of the salad and the dressing was delicious - very light and perfect for the Spring season.

I loved, loved, loved this salad! This makes it so easy to eat healthy- I like the fact that it has the red potatoes, to make it a bit more hearty, with that added touch, my hubby loves this salad. i just used a regular cumcuber one time and an english cucumber another time, and also had to use dried tarragon, since I couldnt find fresh anywhere, and just regular romaine lettuce, not only the hearts. The dressing is what truly makes this salad come to life- It is my latest obsession, lol. It is so delicicous, and good for you too. I am going to use it on my usual potato salad this summer, instead of the usual mayo/mustard mix- In fact, we are having it for dinner again tonight :

My husband and I are trying to eat healthier, and I loved this salad! It is light, yet filling. I used my dry spices, as someone suggested, and I did not use radishes. Still super yummy!
