I agree that you can always improvise, and use regular yogurt, any cucumber and dry spices. It will work, regardless. Loved the recipe and did buy the ingredients. YUM!

This is one of the best chicken salad. To me and my family, we consider this a one dish meal! Healthy, quick and perfect for left over chicken. For those who don't cook much, or don't appreciate healthy, well balanced meals, don't even waste your time talking down the recipe!!!

Another AMEN and ditto to Kim & Jacqueline. It's a lovely salad, the flavors meld well together I have been using Greek Yogurt instead of mayo in salads lately and I am hooked. It's healthier and my husband doesn't even know I use it, lol...........Thanks much for the great FYI Jacqueline, much appreciated and just want to repeat.
I learn about ingredients, cooking, methods, etc. by GOOGLE, surf the net, there's a wealth of info out there.
Bless you all and happy cooking.

This salad is light and refreshing and the flavor combinations are quite delicious especially with the Taragon/Yogurt combo. Having the chicken in this leafy salad makes it a good entree instead of just a salad..........that being said.............GUYS, IF YOU DON'T HAVE OR WANT TO BUY THE INGREDIENTS, THAN JUST DON'T MAKE THE RECIPE, OR AT LEAST AVAIL YOURSELF TO BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE!!!!! LESSON #1. Greek yogurt is just a thicker form of regular plain yogurt. #2. Use dried Taragon leaves [spice section of grocery] instead of fresh. #3. Substitute an English [seedless] cucumber for the Kirby, it's just a cucumber.........and for crying out loud, if ya don't have a grasp............G-O-O-G-L-E to TEACH YOURSELF!!!!!!
