Great salad when you want a lighter flavor and refreshing. Great compliment with Beer Butt Chicken.

This is a perfect summer salad after a trip to the farmer's market, where I found red potatoes that are pink inside when cooked, which really make for a pretty potato salad. All of the ingredients together work together in a tasty, refreshing dish. I used thyme, dill and savory for the herbs.

I felt like the recipe was a little busy. I shouldn't even be reviewing this, because I left the garlic paste out of the dressing, the vermouth out of the broth, and lost the whole last paragraph, added some chives, and the salad came out great. The broth really adds flavor to the potatoes.

I would not use hard carrot rounds and the recipe is to long !

I think someone forgot to put a / between the 1 and the 8. 18-inch thick slices would be troublesome! : 1/8-inch slices would make a lot more sense.

I would have trouble getting all the ingredients to stretch to 18 inches to make this.
