    Wonderful flavors with a great dressing. I used all arugula. I cut the recipe by 2/3 for just 3 people.

    Oh, I love the combination of the sweet oranges with the watercress. My oranges were not too juicy so I added a little bit of orange juice I had in the fridge. It was perfect. Topped with fresh sea salt and peppercorn.
