    It was very good - but took to long to cook. So - I got out my pressure cooker, cleaned the artichoke, placed it on the steamer pad, added 2 cups water; drizzled 1 tablespoon over it and 1/8 (or a good shake of garlic powder. Put the cooker top on it and brought it to 25 psi for 20 minutes. I let the cooker come down on it's own. WOW!! Was my artichoke good.
