Very tasty! I, like others, use green bean instead of okra. I did make one other change, I used boneless skinless chicken breast, mostly because I did not have thighs on hand. I do think white rice or bean would have rounded out this dish though.

I thought the STEWED CHICKEN WITH ANDOUILLE was tasty. Using a spicy sausage helped to keep the dish from being too bland. This is a great simple dish.

This turned out better than I thought it would. The lime and cilantro compliment the spicy sausage very well. I advise buying the chicken already de-boned. That took me 20 minutes. I substituted green beans for okra, I added an additional 1/4C of broth. I served this with white rice and black beans.

This was an easy meal to make. However I swapped green beans for the okra and added a bit more chicken broth. Also, we had with some crusty bread.

Had to pick out the Okra, next time maybe I'll use squash. With a little tweaking this recipe could be a lot better.

The lime + cilantro made the dish. I used celery instead of okra and added more stock to make more of a stoup.

This was okay.. Don't think it's a good recipe for brunch.

Loved this recipe. Had lots layers of flavor. We used spicy chicken andouille sausage and it complimented the lime and cilantro flavor. Will definitely save this in my recipe box.
