Absolutely fabulous! I used a mixed berry homemade jam instead of strawberry. I brought them in to work for a birthday treat and everyone raved about them and asked for the recipe. All I had to say was "Food Network Magazine"!

This recipe came out really great! Very flavorful and full of fun. I love the addition of strawberries to the flavor of a blondie - so delicious! I eat gluten-free, so this recipe was an easy adaptation with only 3/4 cup flour (I used 1/4 cup EACH millet flour, brown rice flour and cornstarch with 1/2 tsp karaya or xanthan gum. The cook time needed to be longer (30-35 minutes, but regardless, the blondies were so good, I nearly ate the whole pan. These will be on my list of favorites for a long time to come.
