Strawberry Chocolate Bark

Chocolate-covered strawberries are a Valentine's Day cliche, but strawberry-covered chocolates aren't.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • One 1.2-ounce bag freeze-dried strawberries
Directions
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Put three-quarters of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted. Stir in the remaining chocolate until smooth. Spread the chocolate 1/4 inch thick on the prepared baking sheet; top with the freeze-dried strawberries. Chill until set, then break into pieces.
