    I made these cupcakes when my mom came over and they were awesome.The icing was a bit challenging so i added my own personal touch by grating fresh strawberries in the icing. They tasted absolutely perfect. I brought them to the office and my friends loved them!

    This was really good...my only gripe was that the actual cupcake didn't really rise much after baking. Still, the strawberry and lime tasted so good together!

    My mother and I made these randomly one night and they were incredible. We changed the recipe around a bit ...by adding the strawberry before we baked it. We baked each cupcake for 30 mins with a strawberry stuck inside and they came out tasting amazing. They were warm and soft and baked to perfection.
    The icing is also a lot better with the Fresh squeezed lime juice as opposed to bottled!

    These cupcakes were a hit! I actually used lemon frosting instead and also made some with blueberries. Delish!

    These Strawberry-Lime stuffed cupcakes were adorable and yummy. They came out a little more dense than I thought, but perhaps I over/under mixed the batter. What a great flavor combination! They were a hit at Easter.

    My family really enjoyed these. They loved the lime frosting, then the strawberry surprise. I do not bake, but it looked easy and the reviews made it sound easy. I found it to not be that easy and very messy.

    I loved these and so did my family! I substituted with all organic ingredients and did not use quite as much sugar for the icing...it was great!
