Receipe was accurate and rather easy to make. Really liked the cream sauce. Broccoli stuffing was tasty with the cheese added to it. My husband says put bacon on it next time and it will be a complete meal.

I thought this recipe was easy to assemble and extremely tasty. I added both thyme and rosemary to the broccoli mixture as well as the outside of the chicken breast. While the gruyere did add a great deal of taste to stuffing, I thought it was even more incredible when added to the sauce (instead of Parmesan. It really brought the focus to that incredible flavor. I made this for a couple friends, and neither could believe it was a low calorie, healthy meal.

The chicken and stuffing were good - tasty, not dried out, but the sauce was a little wanting. Evaporated milk might be a healthier option, but there's a reason why heavy cream-based ones are better. I'll probably make it again, adjusting the sauce accordingly.

Love, love, love!!! I did substitute cooking Sherry instead since I didn't want to make a special trip to the liquor store for something that would just sit in the cabinet forever. Also, I cheated and added a bit more parm cheese. Finally I added the fresh spices just before going into the oven, instead of grilling which gave them a little more pop. I added 2 full tsp of cornstarch, which perfected the sauce. Finally, spring for the gruyere cheese if you can find it - well worth it! Will make again for sure!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Used Swiss cheese as suggested by others, used two cloves of garlic, and dry thyme. I also used frozen broccoli that steams in the microwave. Worked perfectly. The sauce tastes so good.. just wish it was thicker... will add more cornstarch next time. Husband loved it! Highly Recommend!

This dish came out absolutely awesome! Made a couple of substitutions (frozen broccoli and swiss cheese. I was a little worried about the sauce at first. It was thin and I didn't love the taste of it. After I added the mustard, I decided to use the leftover broccoli filling and add it to the sauce. Well, that just took it over the top! The dish was flavorful to no end!

Yummmmmy... I skipped the sauce as well and did take almost an hour with larger pieces of chicken. Definitely steam some carrots for the side as in the picture; it all went well together. Also, I worked out like crazy tonight and wolfed down 2 chicken breasts yet I don't feel like I overate!

The flavor was really good! However, the dijon sauce separated on me so that was kind of weird. My chicken breasts were really thick so took a lot longer to cook. Probably wouldn't do on a weeknight again but maybe on wknd when I had more time.
