Great Dish!!! Even though my boyfriend distracted me and i forgot to use the thyme; we loved every bite of this dish! However instead of Sherry we used Chardonnay and i put 2 garlic cloves rather than just 1. Definitely making this dish again!

I just love dishes like this - creative, imaginative and something a little bit different but healthy for mid-week. I'm always running out of ideas, so this is just wonderful. A healthy body will help you beat depression - check out my website for lots of great advice!

Simply amazing. Everything turned out exactly how it should have, and the times from the recipe couldn't have been closer. I will definitely make this dish again.

This was easy to make and tasted amazing! It did take me an hour to make it since I used larger chicken breasts, but it was so worth it! I used swiss instead of gruyere, only because swiss was cheaper. I also skipped the sauce but I didn't feel like I was missing anything. Overall - two thumbs up!

This was delicious! This dinner was healthy but tasted like it wasn't. The chicken and sauce had SO much flavor, and it was relatively easy to make. The only change I made to this was that I added mushrooms to the sauce and put them in the oven with everything.

Great dish that my kids loved too! I too used swiss for the cheese. Used fresh thyme but to speed things up, will try it with dried.

I thought this dish was incredible. I did substitute swiss for the cheese, cooked the broccoli a bit longer. Also, I pounded the breast thin and rolled the stuffing up in the breast and closed with toothpicks. Very rich taste. I do think the sauce was a bit runny, but overall? EXCELLENT!

A good way to have a fancier chicken breast dinner, w/o too much fuss. I used chopped frozen broccoli which came out just fine. Agreed from prior reviews, sauce needs more corn starch to thicken (or use less sherry as that flavor was a little strong. Will make again.
