Good low-fat meal; recipe was easy and fast. Plenty of broccoli/cheese left over after stuffing 4 half breasts. Sauce was tasty but thin when made according to recipe.

Tried it and it really had great flavor. I cooked the broccoli just a bit longer since I like mine softer and thickened the sauce just a bit more. Worked great. Served it with steamed veggies and it was a hit.

Certainly sounded healthy and had visual appeal, so I tried it. The sauce was too liquid and, more importantly, lacked depth. More importantly, I would have sauted(mellwed the garic before adding it to the broccoli and gruyere stuffing mixture (a shame, given the cost of a good gruyere. Raw garlic overpowered the nutty flavor that the cheese would have brought to the meal. I have successfully served so many recipes from Food Network that I put too much faith in anything published. I need to be more discerning next time. Sorry, folks.
