This salad is great, as is, but lends itself very well to personal preference. The beauty of a recipe is a GOOD cook can use the "blueprint" and couple it with a little imagination for a truly unique experience. As for the individual who rated one star simply because they "don't like radish", I say, read my review.

WOW WOW WOW!!!! This salad is a dream with every bite! The dressing is killer, and so fresh! I have made this salad with and without some of the veggies. You can't go wrong with this salad! If you are watching your carbs, leave the corn and potatoes out, and add carb friendly veggies. We just LOVE this and crave for more!

I have made this salad several times for several different occasitions from a sit down dinner to a cook out. EVERYONE loved it.

This salad is fabulous. I followed it exactly except for adding the sprouts. Everyone at my party thought it was too beautiful to eat but once they started eating it, they thought it tasted too good to stop eating it. :

This is a very easy salad although it does require a bit of prep work. It is, however, the perfect, full-flavored salad for when you just can't go without one. I served it at a summer lunch party and while some of the generally non-salad eating crowd were a bit put off by the jumble of vegetables, the raves from the rest of us enticed them to try it ... and love it!

The homemade ranch dressing is great! I have made the dressing for several family functions and always get a lot of compliments. Also, the salad ingredients in the recipe are fun to eat. My two year old son and one year old daughter were actually eating the salad! When I blanched the vegetables I cooked them for about 7 minutes so that they would be softer and easier for little ones to eat.

Every thing looked so pretty and the ranch dressing was the key eliment!~I skipped the broc only because my family only likes cooked broc~it was GREAT!!!
