You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 quart fresh orange juice
  • 32 ounces canned or fresh pineapple juice
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 liter seltzer water
  • 1 pineapple, peeled cut into 1-inch cubes and frozen
  • 1 pint of strawberries, hulled and frozen
  • 1 orange sliced thin
  • 4 cups light rum, optional

Directions

To a large punch bowl, add orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut milk and seltzer. Mix well. Place frozen pineapple chunks and strawberries in the punch to keep it cold. Float the orange slices on top of the punch for garnish. If desired, add rum.

    Try using coconut juice it's clear an has the same taste as the milk. Plus when the punch becomes room temp it won't curdle. As for the rum, just use well. When mixed w/ the other ingred. you can't tell that it's not top shelf.

    With the high rating I was excited to try this...yuck! The coconut milk curdled and made the punch look and taste awful. I am glad that we made a Sangria so that my guest had something else to drink.
    I will try the cream of Coconut next time.

    Should the ingredient be cream of coconut and not coconut milk? Most everyone else rated this 5 stars. But did they just buy cream of coconut not knowing? Someone please tell me. B/c my punch was chunky. I am going to try it again next week with cream of coconut.
