Try using coconut juice it's clear an has the same taste as the milk. Plus when the punch becomes room temp it won't curdle. As for the rum, just use well. When mixed w/ the other ingred. you can't tell that it's not top shelf.

With the high rating I was excited to try this...yuck! The coconut milk curdled and made the punch look and taste awful. I am glad that we made a Sangria so that my guest had something else to drink.
I will try the cream of Coconut next time.

Should the ingredient be cream of coconut and not coconut milk? Most everyone else rated this 5 stars. But did they just buy cream of coconut not knowing? Someone please tell me. B/c my punch was chunky. I am going to try it again next week with cream of coconut.

I made this punch for a party I was having and it was a hugh hit. I did add the rum and everyone who had the punch said it was wonderful. It was not strong at all. I will make this again.

I think the coconut milk ruined this drink. I had to strain it because of the little chunks of coconut in it. I might try it with a thinned out cream of coconut to avoid the "chunky drink".

This punch is delicious! I served it at a Pampered Chef party...sold a lot of PC! Everyone requests it now when I have a gathering at my house.
