I thought this recipe was great! Good way to use up cauliflower! My husband I really enjoyed this recipe and will make again.

To the below reviewers, the cauliflower is supposed to be cooked, so not sure where the 'raw' flavors are coming from.

This was not tasty at all. The cauliflower was overpowering. The raw garlic was awful. If I were to make this again, I cut back on the amount of cauliflower and cook the garlic. I didn't make my kids eat it.

overall a tasty recipe. I'd saute or steam the garlic next time, the raw flavor was a little harsh. Definitely would be delicious with steamed broccoli florets.
