I love it, because the recipe is not as heavy as American pancakes and is more like a crepe recipe.

These are not swedish pancakes, needs sugar for 1 also they come out like pancakes not like the thin swedish pancakes you would know!

Super yummy! My Finnish mother-in-law makes pancakes like these that my husband and I love, but she doesn't have a recipe for them, she just whips thems up from memory. So I was very happy to find this recipe, and these taste a lot like her's :

BLECH! Not loving these at all. These were flavorless and oily from the butter.

I prefer the Alton Brown crepes recipe instead. I tried to post the link for you but it wouldn't let me. If you search crepes, it comes up as recipe #2 and received 5 stars.

I add in a teaspoon of sugar to Alton's recipe if I am making a dessert crepe, otherwise it's perfect for savory crepes.

When I first made these I didnt have enough milk so I only used 2 eggs and 3/4 cup of flour. The first one didn't turn out pretty because of a flipping accident but then I got the hang of it and they turned out great! I plan on making them again tomorrow and may try the almond extract instead of the vanilla extract.
