Great recipe but had to add sugar/pineapple to balance the vinegar taste. Agree with similar comment posted earlier. Great with Jasmine rice by the way.

...the vinegar over powers the dish. I added 1/3-1/2 cup of brown sugar to balance the sauce. Otherwise, this recipe was quick and easy to pull together and very tasty. I served with rice and sugar snap peas.
