Very good!! A little different than your typical sweet and sour sauce!! Used 8 boneless chicken breasts-rolled them in cornstarch based on other reviews and doubled the sauce-added mushrooms and a bit more chili garlic sauce-served with Rachel Ray's No pain-Lo Mein-will definitely make again!!

So good!
I knew I had a winner when my boyfriend dug right in and didnt take a breath until his plate was empty! I've never made Asian cuisine before bc it intimidates me a bit, but this was super easy, super yummy and great for lunch the next day.
I added a few things thanks to previous reviewers:
Sauce: 2 cloves of garlic, ginger (recipe didnt say where to use this, added extra extra chili garlic sauce (2 tblsp, and will add more next time
Chicken: coated with cornstarch prior to frying for added crunch
Veggie mix: Added mushrooms, baby corn, water chestnuts
Will make this again and again!!!

My family loved it. Not your typical sweet & sour chicken. I cut down on the amount of honey due to the other reviews saying that it was too sweet. I love the chili/garlic sauce. Just enough kick. Definitely a do-over!

Thanks to my sister, I tried this recipe : It is super easy, healthy, and fairly quick to make. It took about 45 minutes all-together with brown rice etc... Flavors are great... I am not a big fan of sweet and sour chicken, but this one tastes really fresh with the ginger, honey, and orange juice. I doubled the chili/garlic sauce as we like it spicy and I think that turned out perfectly. I am putting this one my arsenal of recipes!

For a healthy meal, this was good and kiddo liked it, though we both found it just a tad too sweet.

Really liked this recipe! I had some of the ingredients on hand from another recipe I once used & never made again. This I'd make again. I used noodles & doubled the sauce.

I thought this was quite tasty. I doubled the sauce and added in two crused garlics. I had chili garlic sauce from the Assi (Korean Grocery Store and it was great. Nice and spicy. I didnt have snow peas so i used frozen peas. It was still good. I ate it on brown rice. I will definitely make again. It's better than those other sweet and sour recipes that use ketchup and pineapple.

I've been trying a lot of new recipes lately and this was one of my favorites. I'm giving it 5 stars because it is really great for such an easy recipe. I did not have chili-garlic sauce, so I used 1/2 t. of hot sauce and two cloves of garlic. It had just a little kick, not too much. Next time I'll add some roasted almonds or cashews at the very end. Try it! And...hold the presses...my 17 year old (aka pickiest eater ever just came in and told me that not only was it delicious, he actually had seconds! That is worth 5 stars for sure!
