I've been trying a lot of new recipes lately and this was one of my favorites. I'm giving it 5 stars because it is really great for such an easy recipe. I did not have chili-garlic sauce, so I used 1/2 t. of hot sauce and two cloves of garlic. It had just a little kick, not too much. Next time I'll add some roasted almonds or cashews at the very end. Try it! And...hold the presses...my 17 year old (aka pickiest eater ever just came in and told me that not only was it delicious, he actually had seconds! That is worth 5 stars for sure!

I've been looking out for really healthy but very flavorful recipes just like this one and I was very pleased with its result. Although I'll probably make it again, it wasn't a wow.

Made pretty much as written. Used red, yellow and green peppers and frozen peas. Spiced it up more with hot sauce. Served with short grain brown rice. Husband really liked it!

Delicious dish! I substituted arrowroot for the cornstarch and added a few bits of broccoli to the vegetables. My entire family loved it!!

Light and delicious... Use more chicken than the recipe calls for.

Wonderful flavor! The only thing I added was fresh spinach leaves. It took me longer than 20 minutes for prep work. Maybe I clean & trim my chicken too much. Maybe I'm still a rookie cook and don't cut & trim my veggies quickly. But this recipe was worth a couple extra minutes! Yum!!

Great, flavorful dish for a quick weeknight yum. It would be easy to prep all the ingredients, put them in the fridge, and have dinner ready in 20 minutes after getting home from soccer practice. My 9-year old, who doesn't like sauces in general, tried some of the sauce on her rice and liked it. Very easy dish to experiment with, depending on what meat/vegetables you happen to have on hand/what's in season.

A very good recipe. It took much longer than 30 minutes to prepare, but it was the first time to do it. The ingredients call for grated ginger, but the recipe doesn't say when to use it. I put it in the sauce. I used brocolli for the snow peas and it worked well. I will use it again and hopefully do it quicker next time.

This dish is delicious! Although I try to make a new recipe exactly as written, I used pineapple juice (instead of orange as I had it on hand. I also added canned pineapple tidbits to the dish. The pineapple made the dish a little more sweet and textured. Served over brown rice...a little bit of heaven!

That dish rocked! I could have eaten the whole thing to myself! I didn't follow the recipe to a tee. I altered a couple things: I rolled the chicken in a little cornstarch and s&p before i sauteed it in the pan which made it a lot more crunchy and not as greasy, and also subbed broccoli for snow peas( boyfriend's allergic I threw in some fresh pineapple and also, added a bit more garlic, chili, and ginger! Definitely got the senses going!! Not bad at all!!
